Zip With The Drip is an artist from Queens that has been impressing me a lot lately with his music. I have to say that he is a talented artist and he has a very witty flow. He has a mixtape that you can get from him directly and he was also recently featured on Gully TVs mixtape called Pillmatic. I think he has a lot of potential to be successful as a rap artist if he keeps it up. This is the sound the hip hop game has been missing! Let’s get to that.
I think he is going to be one of the next big things out of New York because a lot of people are hungry for that vintage hip hop sound which Zip delivers nicely. Check out the video below called Game Time and below that another track called Papi Talk. I have to say it is refreshing hearing some new lyrical gems.
