They did it, Wu Tang Clan, the legendary Staten Island, NY group, has made it into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Congratulations to them and I really hope we have another Wu Tang Clan album in the works. Wu Tang is well deserving of this but some fans and artists are confused about the selection. Although I am sure Wu Tang as a whole is very appreciative of this honor, I know there was confusion with the voting. New Edition had seemed to be number one in fan votes and didn’t even make it this time around.
I wonder what the final criteria was for selecting the artists that they did. I would have personally loved to have seen New Edition and Wu Tang Clan make it, but maybe next time for New Edition. They are also very well deserving of this title and honor.
